Buying a home from another state felt a little crazy at first, but they made the whole process a lot easier than we expected. They spent a lot of time doing virtual walkthroughs for us and were good about pointing out things we wouldn't have noticed through pictures alone. We never felt pressured into making a decision, and they were always willing to answer questions, no matter how small. What I appreciated most was that they were straightforward and easy to work with. If they thought something was an issue, they told us. If they thought a house was a good fit, they explained why. That kind of honesty is important when you're buying a home you can't see in person. The whole process went smoothly, and we ended up with a house we're really happy with. I would not recommend or use this company ever. My personal experience as a buyer, my experience working with Chrissy, the owner of Regal Touch Realty, was extremely frustrating. While she was representing the seller and not me directly, the level of difficulty in communication and coordination made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Simple requests often turned into long, unnecessary email exchanges explaining why something had already been sent, rather than just providing the information again in a helpful and timely manner. There was also a lack of flexibility—something as basic as coordinating a key drop-off became unnecessarily complicated. I understand her role was to represent the seller, but professionalism and basic cooperation are essential in any real estate transaction. Unfortunately, this was one of the most difficult experiences I’ve had during a home purchase, and it did not feel like a smooth or collaborative process at all.
