I recently sold my home in Lakewood Ranch.I tried to sell my home for one year with another realtor from the area with no results. From the moment I signed with Chrissy and Dan Brahler, the owners of Regal Touch Realty, I knew I made the right choice. Their attention to detail, their energy and enthusiasm as well as their ability to understand the market are unmatched. I have bought and sold many properties, and I must say that Chrissy and Dan are the best. Also their understanding of real estate law and their ability to guide me, their client was very comforting. I knew that they were acting in my best interest even though the buyers of said property were difficult to deal with. Chrissy and Dan's energy and communication got the job done. Chrissy went up and above and made buying our home extremely seamless. She was available at all times for us with answers and help in securing our home. She would often check in to see how our house on the market was progressing. I would recommend her for all realtor needs and will use her in the future if the need arises. I would not recommend or use this company ever. My personal experience as a buyer, my experience working with Chrissy, the owner of Regal Touch Realty, was extremely frustrating. While she was representing the seller and not me directly, the level of difficulty in communication and coordination made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Simple requests often turned into long, unnecessary email exchanges explaining why something had already been sent, rather than just providing the information again in a helpful and timely manner. There was also a lack of flexibility—something as basic as coordinating a key drop-off became unnecessarily complicated. I understand her role was to represent the seller, but professionalism and basic cooperation are essential in any real estate transaction. Unfortunately, this was one of the most difficult experiences I’ve had during a home purchase, and it did not feel like a smooth or collaborative process at all.

I am so pleased to share my experience with Chrissy Brasler who helped me navigate my home buying process from beginning to end. I had several realtors prior to Chrissy and if I wasn’t “Ready to Move” tomorrow, they just sent me listings and never checked in. The first time Chrissy and I chatted on the phone, I knew she was my realtor, plus she was building a home in Del Webb and I felt like that was good karma! She never made me feel pressured and even when I had a hiccup in the home I selected, she was there to help represent me until I was completely satisfied. She accompanied me on my walk throughs and closing which provided me so much confidence about the entire process. I highly recommend Chrissy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and I appreciate her hard work and commitment to my home-buying journey.
